On July 24 in Smolensk, we produced one more experiment to extract phycocyanin from spirulina.
As a result we got an extract that can be stored under normal indoor conditions for three months, preserving its properties.
Phycocyanin is well known to the world scientific and medical community. There are scientific publications that describe its antioxidant and anti-inflammation properties, and anti-cancer effects.
Now our extract can be surely used as a component (ingredient) of food and pharmaceutical products. Soon we will present a number of useful food and cosmetic products which contain phycocyanin.
